Oatmeal Stout Chocolate Cake
1
pkg Chocolate Cake Mix
4 Eggs
½ cup Tröegs Oatmeal Stout
1-6 oz. pkg Chocolate Chips
1 sm pkg Instant chocolate Pudding Mix
½ cup Canola Oil
1 sm cont Sour Cream
1 tsp Cinnamon
Filling
1 Egg
1/8 tsp Salt
1-6 oz. Pkg Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/3 cup Sugar
1-8 oz. pkg Cream Cheese
1. Mix cake mix
with dry pudding, eggs, oil water and sour cream until well blended with
electric mixer.
2. Fold in choc chips
3. Put half of cake batter into a greased 12-cup Bundt cake pan.
4. Spread filling on top of batter
5. Put remaining batter over filling.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes
7. When ready, drizzle melted chocolate over the cake or top with your
favorite frosting.
Note: Could also substitute Tröegs Nut Brown or Mad Elf Holiday Ale
