The bottle conditioning experiment was a success and Scratch #X is now available as Scratch #29. Tests show carbonation at a whopping 3.8 volumes of CO2 in the bottle! (most of our brews are in the 2.5 – 2.6 range)

Sweet jesus I just picked up a bottle of this from Capone’s, you guys NEED to add this to your regular lineup. It is hands down, no contest, not only the best Scratch beer of yours that I’ve tried, it’s the best beer I’ve tried from you guys PERIOD. If you were shooting for Orval, you nailed it…
