For Scratch #286, we decided to experiment with some recently procured tequila barrels. In went our tart, mouth-puckering Gose for 6 weeks, but not before adding some fresh lime zest for a tangy punch. Featuring a hint of toasted agave and just a pinch of salt, this refreshing wheat beer evokes a lazy afternoon of daydreaming on a remote beach along the coast of Mexico.

5.6% ABV and 6 IBU
