As part of our Scratch Beer Series, we love experimenting with fruit. With Scratch #285, we bring the sweet and seedy berry known as passionfruit into the fold. Boasting a huge smack of tropical fruit with hints of pine around the edges, it’s that little berry that draws out the appealing, musky, guava-like flavor of this session IPA.
