Nater Balls
3 lbs Diced
Chicken Breast
1/4 cup minced shallots
1 egg
Bread Crumbs (4 pieces of bread
4 tbsp Chili Sauce
Fresh Ginger
1/3 cup Troegenator
Soy Sauce
Fresh Basil (alot)
Lime Juice
Pre-Heat oven to 325
f.
Cut chicken into small cubes and place into a mixing bowl - add
remaining ingredients. Form into small Nator balls and saute
in a pan for a few minutes on each side to golden brown.
Place on a baking pan and bake at 325 f for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with your choice of dipping sauces;
Thai Peanut, Spicy pepper sauce, Coconut Sauce
